One such dealer is Nanjundappa, Managing Director of DriveX Sri Venkateshwara Motors in Anekal, Bengaluru, who joined the DriveX network after more than three decades in the two-wheeler business. “There was some hesitation at first—this is a market with many two-wheeler showrooms already,” he says. “But within the first month of launching DriveX, we sold almost double the vehicles than we expected. Customers came in curious, and they walked out confident.”

The documentation process for RC transfer, loan, and other formalities is smooth and stress-free, which makes the entire experience easier for buyers. Each vehicle sold through DriveX is refurbished in-house at the company’s technical refurbishment centres, undergoing a 100+ checkpoint process before reaching the customer. Every two-wheeler is delivered with a one-year warranty and three free services, setting a new benchmark in a segment traditionally dominated by unorganised players. That structure and post-sale reliability not only win customer trust but also help dealers generate repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
Soon after launch, Nanjundappa’s dealership, with support from the DriveX team, conducted a Mega Medical Check-up Camp in Anekal. The initiative drew strong community participation and helped create local visibility for the brand. “People saw us not just as a place to buy bikes, but as something new, something more reliable,” he adds.
For new dealers, DriveX offers a fast and accessible setup process. From showroom onboarding and inventory readiness to digital systems and marketing support, the company provides a comprehensive framework that allows dealers to focus on serving customers. Most begin with sales and have the flexibility to expand into service and spares using the company’s 3S model. Documentation is kept minimal in the early stages, with a structured path to formalisation as operations scale.
