    Adani Group shares: Why all ten Adani stocks rose today?

    Shares of Gautam Adani's Adani Group rose mostly throughout the trading session on Monday, owing to positive news for these equities. In the early session, all ten Adani Group equities were in green, rising up to 2.5 percent.

    Adani Enterprises Ltd, the Adani Group's main firm, climbed around two-thirds of a percent to Rs 3,040 on Monday, bringing its entire market valuation close to Rs 3.5 lakh crore. The stock had closed at Rs 3019.90 in previous trade on Friday.

    In an exchange statement, the business stated that its step-down subsidiary, Global Airports Operator LLC, Abu Dhabi, has established a fully owned subsidiary, 'Airports Infrastructure PLC' in Kenya on August 30, 2024. The organization will work to upgrade, modernize, and manage airports.

    Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) shares rose roughly 0.7 percent to Rs 1,493 on Monday, bringing the entire market valuation close to Rs 3.25 lakh crore. Its step-down subsidiary, Adani Harbour International DMCC, has signed a formal deal to acquire an 80 percent ownership in the Astro Offshore Group, according to an exchange filing on August 30.

    Adani Power Ltd's shares, valued at almost Rs 2.50 lakh crore, rose more than 2% to Rs 644.80 during the session. In an exchange filing, it stated that the process of acquiring Coastal Energen Private Limited (CEPL) was completed after receiving clearance from the National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench at Chennai for an upfront payment of Rs 3,330.88 crore to creditors.

    Adani Energy Solutions, formerly known as Adani Transmission Ltd, rose more than 1.5 percent on the day after completing the SPV acquisition of the Khavda PhaseIV Part-A transmission project following receipt of a letter of intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy. The company's overall market worth was at Rs 1.2 lakh crore.

    Adani Green Energy's shares rose more than 2.3 percent to Rs 1,883 on Monday after closing at Rs 1,840.45 on Friday. Its entire values were close to Rs 3 lakh crore. The stock was in the limelight due to the hype around its inclusion in the F&O category.

    Other Adani Group equities, including Adani Wilmar Ltd and Adani Total Ltd, rose by approximately 1% to Rs 366 and Rs 839.80, respectively, during the day. Acquired firms such as Ambuja Cements Ltd, ACC Ltd, and New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) were also trading higher along similar lines.
