Delhi-based clean-label snacking brand Khari Foods has raised Rs. 3 crore (around $350K) in a seed funding round led by Meri Punji IMF Private Limited.
The seed funding will be used to improve research and development, accelerate new product innovation, hire more staff, and scale marketing and distribution in tier I and tier II cities.

Khari Foods was founded in 2022 by Yash and Sunil Bansal. The brand launches palm oil-free and maida-free products like Ragi Crispies, Oats Crispies, Jowar Puffs, and dates-based snacks, mainly targeting health-conscious consumers of ages 20-40, in urban and semi-urban markets.

For the FY25 time period, Khari Foods is on track to grow its annual revenue run rate (ARR) by 208 percent. The brand has been bootstrapped and profitable since inception. The startup has its own manufacturing facility in Haryana and also has control over the supply industry chain. The funding will support new product categories and stronger brand presence in digital and retail formats.
