Former Dunzo co-founder Kabeer Biswas has raised Rs 102 crore (around $11 million) for his new consumer AI startup M, in a seed funding round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Blume Ventures and CRED (Dreamplug Technologies).

Co-founded by Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra, M is focused on building an AI-driven consumer services platform designed to simplify daily life. According to the company’s profile, the startup aims to reduce the friction of managing a household by automating decisions, coordination, and everyday services.
The company, incorporated in 2025 as Curious Digital Pvt Ltd, has approved the issuance of 54,956 Series Seed CCPS at Rs 18,577 each to raise the planned capital, as per regulatory filings.
Funding Breakdown and Valuation
- Peak XV Partners: Rs 46.4 crore ($5 million)
- Blume Ventures: Rs 37.12 crore ($4 million)
- CRED: Rs 18.56 crore ($2 million)

The startup has already secured Rs 83.53 crore ($9 million), with the remaining funds expected to be closed soon. As per estimates, the Bengaluru-based firm is likely to be valued at around Rs 300 crore post-money.
Following the allotment Peak XV will hold 15.47%, Blume Ventures will hold 12.37%, and CRED will hold 6.19%. Co-founders Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra will each hold 3.1%, while a significant 38.67% stake is held by the PVK Family Trust, likely controlled by the founders and their families.
The company has also created a large ESOP pool of 21.11%, indicating a strong focus on attracting and retaining talent.
