Info Edge Q2 FY27 Billings Rise 12.8% to Rs 822.3 Crore

Finance Outlook India Team | Thursday, 08 October 2026

Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri and 99acres, reported a 12.8% year-on-year increase in standalone billings to Rs 822.3 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with Rs 729 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, according to stock exchange data.

    Key Highlights

    • Info Edge’s Q2 FY27 billings rose 12.8% to Rs 822.3 crore, led by recruitment and 99acres.
    • Matchmaking billings grew 23.1%, while Shiksha declined amid growing pressure from AI-powered search traffic.

The Info Edge Q2 FY27 billings increased 13.5% to Rs 1,559.3 crore from Rs 1,373.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, driven by overall growth across multiple of its key businesses for the first six months of FY27.

Naukri Recruitment Billings Grow 12.6% in Q2 FY27

The recruitment business continued to be Info Edge's biggest quarter, accounting for 15% of sales. The billings of the company rose 12.6% year-on-year to Rs 613.8 crore, from Rs 545 crore in the Q2 of FY26.

If the effect of customer renewal timings were factored out, the segment would have grown by about 14-15%, said Info Edge. The company's billings remain on the decline with recruitment continuing to make up the bulk of the company's business.

Billings of 99acres Jump 21.2% During the Quarter

The company's real estate platform 99acres performed better in Q2 FY27, reporting an increase of 21.2% in billings, from Rs 122.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year to Rs 148.3 crore.

The segment also grew faster than the previous quarter which reported 16.5% growth. The performance makes 99acres one of the key contributors to Info Edge’s billing growth during the period.

Jeevansathi and Aisle Drive 23.1% Growth in Matchmaking

Info Edge’s matchmaking business also reported healthy growth during the quarter. Jeevansathi’s billings increased 18.4% year-on-year to Rs 39.7 crore.

Aisle, another matchmaking platform owned by the company, recorded 40% growth in billings. Together, the matchmaking business reported 23.1% growth during Q2 FY27.

Shiksha Billings Fall 27.2% Amid AI Search Pressure

Education platform Shiksha remained a weak spot for Info Edge during the quarter. Its billings declined 27.2% to Rs 20.5 crore.

The company attributed the pressure partly to AI-powered search, which is reducing the number of users reaching the platform through search engines. Info Edge said it is developing new products to reduce Shiksha’s dependence on search-driven traffic.

Info Edge Expands AI Products AI-Rex and Talent Pulse

Alongside its core businesses, Info Edge is seeing increasing customer adoption of its B2B artificial intelligence products, AI-Rex and Talent Pulse.

The company said both products recorded growth in new customers as well as revenue during the quarter, pointing to increasing demand for AI-led solutions within its business offerings.

Overall, Info Edge’s Q2 FY27 performance reflected continued momentum in recruitment, real estate and matchmaking, although pressure on Shiksha highlighted the changing dynamics of online discovery as AI-powered search reshapes traffic patterns.
