Pediatric Wellness Startup RN Kids Raises Rs 7.1 Cr in Pre-Seed Round

Finance Outlook India Team | Tuesday, 24 March 2026

Pediatric wellness startup RN Kids has raised ₹7.1 crore (~$760,000 USD) in a pre-seed funding round, with participation from Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, alongside angel investors including Mohit Sadaani (The Moms Co.), Hitesh Dhingra (The Man Company), Ajay Mehra, and Samir Palod (AUM Fund Advisors), as well as select family offices.

Founded in September 2025 by Rushabh Nandu and paediatrician Dr. Nihar Parekh, RN Kids is building a pediatric wellness brand focused on clean-label, clinically backed formulations for everyday health needs in children.

"Over years of pediatric practice, we have seen a clear gap in how everyday health needs, such as growth, immunity, gut health, and coughs and colds are managed. We are building clean formulations with unique delivery formats that rebuild parents' trust. The idea is that wellness must be 100% trustworthy, meaning there should be absolutely no doubt in the parent's mind, and that kids should actually enjoy it," said Dr. Nihar Parekh.

"Every conversation we had with parents revealed a real want for clean, non-medicated solutions. Our goal is to bring the best global formulations and sourcing standards to parents who are increasingly informed and questioning what they buy for their children. We want to build products that balance what children actually need, ease and fun, with what parents care about most: efficacy and convenience," said Rushabh Nandu.

Six signature products are set to launch by the end of July on Amazon, Flipkart, and its D2C website, followed by quick commerce and offline retail.
