Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt have been photographed together a lot lately, going to the almost completed Krishna Raj home in Bandra. A year ago, the Bollywood celebrity couple, Alia and Ranbir, started building their dream home.

The renowned couple "will name the bungalow," a ₹250 crore property, in their daughter Raha Kapoor's honor, making her the youngest and richest kid in Bollywood, according to a Bollywood Life story.

The home belonged to late legendary actor Raj Kapoor and his spouse Krishna Raj. Since Ranbir Kapoor is the sole grandchild in the Kapoor family, he will receive this ancestral land.

In equal measure, Ranbir and Alia are using their hard-earned money to building their ideal home. When everything is said and done, the mansion would cost more than ₹250 crore. Bollywood Life cited an insider's statement. According to the source, Raha Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor's daughter with Alia Bhatt, will now be the richest celebrity child in Bollywood.

The celebrity couple also owns four condos in the Bandra region, valued at over 60 crore, in addition to this home. According to the insider source, when the project is finished, it would surpass Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa and Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat as the most costly home in the Mumbai region.

Bollywood Life went on to cite the source as adding, "Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the bungalow as late actor Rishi Kapoor had made her the half-owner of all his properties." Neetu Kapoor, Raha's grandmother, also owns a ₹15 crore home in Bandra, Mumbai.

When the bungalow is ready for habitation, it is assumed that the Kapoor family would live together.

The famous pair is also embarking on new career endeavors in the interim. Ramayana, the film that Ranbir Kapoor is releasing soon, and Animal Park will include him acting. Jigra, the next film, features Alia Bhatt, daughter of director and producer Mahesh Bhatt.
