The company's total expenses in Q3FY25 dropped 1.2% year over year, from Rs 78.2 crore to Rs 77.26 crore.
Along with the results, the company also revealed that at its meeting today, the Board of Directors authorized the purchase of 10,000 equity shares of Chandi Hospitality Private Limited (CHPL) from its current shareholders, which represents 100% of CHPL's equity share capital. The shares have a face value of Rs 10 each.
