SportsSkill, a sports technology business, has raised an unknown sum of money in a pre-seed funding round headed by Waimea Bay Investments.

According to a press statement from SportsSkill, the new funding will be used to expand into foreign markets by the second half of the year and provide sportsmen all over the world with a distinctive product.

SportsSkill, which was co-founded in 2021 by Chetan Desai and Abhinav Sinha, offers athletes of all skill levels cutting-edge, high-performance gamified training facilities.  The company's facility combines gamification with training to provide athletes an immersive experience that improves technique, fosters a sense of competition, and increases fitness—all in an enjoyable, stimulating setting.

According to the Pune-based business, athletes will receive data-driven insights and individualized coaching for high-performance training through its cutting-edge AI-powered sports training app. Beyond its current base in India, the firm is dedicated to providing athletes of all skill levels with access to elite training. The center represents a major stride in providing practical, hands-on training to support the company's strong digital environment. The platform is made to push boundaries while preserving maximum efficiency and quantifiable results.

SportsSkill is expanding its partnerships with Indian schools in addition to these physical developments. By integrating its technology into schools, the company hopes to provide young athletes early access to cutting-edge training resources. It aims to empower the upcoming generation of athletes and influence the direction of sports in India by introducing AI-driven sports training solutions into educational institutions.
