    Tata Shares Priced Under Rs 500, with a 200% Payout in FY23

    Tata shares below Rs. 500, 2024 dividend: The Tata Group firm Tata Power will shortly release its quarterly results for the quarter ending in January through March of 2024. One of India's biggest Integrated Power Companies is Tata Power, which was once a component of the three companies together known as Tata Electric Companies.

    The Tata Group firm said last month that its board of directors will convene on May 8 to deliberate, approve, and record the company's audited financial results for the fourth quarter of FY24, including both standalone and consolidated results.

    The Tata Power board will suggest a final dividend, if any, for the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2024, in addition to the financial performance. The business further stated that it has notified its "Designated Persons" about the Trading Window's closing from March 25, 2024, until the end of the 48-hour period after the day the aforementioned Financial Results are made public.

    As a member of the varied group that goes from salt to aviation, the power production firm has demonstrated a strong track record of consistently delivering dividends to its stockholders. The corporation paid a 200 percent dividend for the fiscal year that ended in 2023, or Rs 2 per share on a face value of Re 1.
