One of the top public sector banks in the nation, Union Bank of India, commemorated more than a century of service via financial inclusion, innovation, and customer-centric initiatives on its 107th Foundation Day with great enthusiasm throughout all of its zones.

Asheesh Pandey, MD & CEO, Union Bank of India, was present when M Nagaraju, IAS, Secretary, DFS, virtually opened five new branches in Telangana to commemorate the event, including one RSETI at Mancherial.
The festivities took place in Hyderabad at RTC Kalyana Mandapam, Nallakunta, where a unique commemorative event included family-friendly activities, cultural programs, and customer interactions. The milestone was made cozier by the presence of staff members, their families, and cherished clients.

Narayanan, the former managing director of the former Andhra Bank, was the guest of honor and Uday Bhaskar, chief general manager of NABARD, was the principal guest. Both praised the bank's dedication to equitable growth and its role in economic development.
Deputy Zonal Heads T Kameswara Rao, S Arvind Kumar, CD Janani, and Local Regional Heads actively participated in the event, which was chaired by Hyderabad Zone Zonal Head Kare Bhaskara Rao.
