The new practice is designed to provide a technology-led, end-to-end valuation solution amid increasing complexity in global markets and regulatory environments.

The Valuations practice will offer a wide range of services, including business and intangible asset valuation, financial reporting and compliance valuation, private equity and venture capital valuation support, property, plant and equipment valuation (including real estate), and dispute resolution and regulatory advisory.

These services will support clients across the entire transaction lifecycle, from deal-making and investments to ongoing compliance and strategic decision-making. A key differentiator of the new practice is its AI-enabled proprietary technology stack, aimed at delivering faster, more consistent, and scalable valuation outcomes.

The practice will be led by a senior team of experienced valuation professionals, with expertise in advising global enterprises, private equity firms, and high-growth companies across sectors.
