Zerodha Fund House has launched the Zerodha Multi Asset Passive Fund of Funds (FoF), an open-ended scheme that invests in four asset classes: large cap equity, mid cap equity, gold, and government securities. The New Fund Offer (NFO), which has a ₹100 minimum investment requirement, is currently accepting subscriptions.
The fund is designed to invest 30% in large-cap and mid-cap equity ETFs, 25% in gold ETFs, and 15% in G-sec ETFs. The portfolio will be internally rebalanced on a regular basis to maintain these fixed allocations, ensuring that investors only pay taxes when they redeem their units. Investors can benefit from a diversified portfolio using this strategy without having to manage various asset classes.
