CA Vijay Kumar Singh was appointed Chief Financial Officer of lendingplate in April 2026. The digital-first lending platform operates under Unifinz Capital India Limited and focuses on technology-enabled credit solutions.

CA Vijay Kumar brings nearly two decades of experience across banking, financial services and non-banking financial companies. His previous professional assignments include senior leadership roles at Kissandhan Financial Services, Livfin India, Central Bank Home Finance and ICICI Bank.

His experience spans strategic finance, treasury, investor relations, compliance, risk management and financial operations. At lendingplate, he leads the company's overall finance function, including financial strategy, capital planning, lender partnerships and governance frameworks.

For a lending business, financial leadership involves more than managing revenue and expenses. Funding costs, liquidity, credit risk and capital availability directly influence the company's ability to expand its loan portfolio while maintaining a sustainable operating model.

Speaking on his appointment, Singh said: “I am excited to join lendingplate at a time of strong momentum and opportunity. The company has built a differentiated digital lending platform with a clear focus on innovation and inclusion. I look forward to pushing the boundaries of growth and enabling more value for all stakeholders.”

His statement reflects the importance of combining financial discipline with business expansion. His background across banking and NBFCs brings experience in managing the financial and regulatory requirements associated with lending operations.

Parul Gupta became Chief Financial Officer of Wakefit Innovations in February 2026, bringing nearly two decades of experience in strategic finance, business partnering, financial controls and compliance.

A Chartered Accountant and an alumna of the Indian School of Business, Parul Gupta also holds bachelor's degrees in commerce and law from Lucknow University. Her professional experience includes finance leadership positions at Syngene, Myntra, Jabong, Aircel and Airtel.

Wakefit operates in India's home and lifestyle products market, with a portfolio spanning mattresses, furniture and related products. Its business model combines manufacturing, sourcing, online sales, retail distribution and customer service, requiring close financial coordination across multiple operating functions.

As CFO, Parul Gupta is responsible for strengthening the company's financial management, governance and business planning. Her experience across e-commerce, telecommunications and life sciences brings exposure to different business models and financial operating environments.

During Wakefit's Q1 FY27 earnings call, Parul Gupta outlined the company's financial performance and said: “Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 405 crores, registering a healthy 16.6% YoY growth.”

She also discussed gross profit, margins and operating performance, providing an overview of the company's financial position. Her participation in investor calls reflects the CFO's role in communicating business performance and financial priorities to shareholders and market participants.

Parul Gupta's appointment is significant as Wakefit continues to develop its business following its public-market journey. The company's annual report identifies her as CFO with effect from February 10, 2026.
