Vivek Seshadri was appointed Group CFO of M2P Fintech in April 2026 as the Chennai-based financial technology company strengthened its financial leadership and began laying the groundwork for a potential public market entry in the coming years.

Vivek Seshadri brings more than 15 years of experience across strategic finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining M2P, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Hitachi Payment Services, where he worked on financial operations, capital efficiency and margin improvement. His earlier experience includes roles in investment banking and corporate finance.

Founded in 2014, M2P Fintech provides API-based banking infrastructure that enables banks, fintech companies and enterprises to launch and scale digital financial products. The company operates across more than 30 markets and works with banks, lenders and fintech partners.

As Group CFO, Vivek Seshadri oversees global finance operations, capital strategy and investor relations. His responsibilities also include strengthening financial systems and supporting the company's international expansion.

Commenting on his appointment, Vivek Seshadri said: “The opportunity to help shape the next phase of the company’s growth, while building a strong, scalable financial foundation for global expansion, is incredibly compelling.”

He also expressed his intention to strengthen operating discipline, accelerate value creation and prepare M2P for future opportunities. His appointment is particularly relevant as the company builds the financial and governance structures required for a potential future listing.

The Sleep Company appointed Hemal Jain as its Chief Financial Officer in January 2026. Hemal Jain brings more than two decades of experience across fast-moving consumer goods, food technology, quick commerce, B2B businesses and startup consulting.

Before joining the Mumbai-based direct-to-consumer company, Hemal Jain served as Global Head of Finance and CFO of Hyperpure, Eternal's B2B grocery supply business. Hemal Jain was also part of the senior management team involved in Eternal's public listing in 2021.

Founded in 2019, The Sleep Company sells products across categories such as mattresses, sofas and desks. The business operates in a competitive consumer market where product innovation, brand building, distribution, inventory management and customer acquisition influence financial performance.

Hemal Jain's experience across consumer-facing and technology-enabled businesses provides exposure to different operating models and stages of business growth. Her earlier work involved supporting businesses through financial planning, profitability improvement and major corporate milestones.

The company's announcement of her appointment highlighted her experience in helping businesses move from high cash burn towards sustainable profitability and her work on IPO and acquisition journeys. It also described her approach to finance as that of a strategic partner involved in decision-making from the beginning.

While a direct, independently attributable public quote from Hemal Jain was not available in the material reviewed, her appointment highlights the importance of building financial systems that support growth while maintaining operational discipline.
