For an unknown sum, CleverTap, a platform for customer engagement and retention, purchased rehook.ai, a firm sponsored by Y Combinator that specializes in tailored marketing. The action is intended to improve CleverTap's capacity to oversee and maximize advertising campaigns for its clientele worldwide.
Through this acquisition, CleverTap's current platform—which integrates analytics and engagement tools—will incorporate the promotional engine of rehook.ai. Through this connectivity, companies will be able to use contextual data and real-time user behavior to develop, implement, and modify campaigns.
Rehook.ai provides solutions for gamified campaigns, loyalty programs, coupons, discounts, and referrals. CleverTap will allow a greater variety of marketing use cases by integrating these features, giving customers greater autonomy and adaptability over the creation and execution of promotions.
Investors Accel, Peak XV Partners, and Tiger Global support CleverTap, which presently serves more than 2,000 brands worldwide.
