Blume Ventures led a USD 2.8 million seed round for Mysa, a unified banking and finance platform for mid-sized firms.
Emphasis Ventures (EMVC), Antler, Neon Fund, and CIIIE participated in the round, and prominent founders such as Mohit Kumar (Ultrahuman), Sriharsha Majety (Swiggy), Naiyaa Saagi (MyGlamm), Nitin Gupta (Uni), and Nishith Rastogi (Locus) served as angel investors. The money raised will be utilized to increase the team's size, boost customer growth, and develop the core platform's capabilities.
Mysa, which was co-founded by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, enables businesses to improve control, simplify processes, and make wise financial decisions. From bill collecting to tax compliance, payment execution, and ERP syncs, the platform unifies all aspects of the financial workflow into a single, smooth system.
According to Mysa, it has onboarded businesses from a variety of industries, including Rigi, Swish, Guru & Jana, Kouzina, and DPDZero. The company, which targets companies with yearly revenues and expenses between Rs 10-300 crore, is collaborating with Yes Bank to offer integrated current account operations.
Mysa Smart Scan automatically classifies expenses, forecasts due dates, and creates contextual narratives for invoices. The mobile app guarantees banking accessibility while on the go, and this intelligence also extends to clever payment routing and invoice collection through bots.
