Infibeam Avenues, the parent company of CCAvenue, has announced a significant organisational revamp, including a proposed rebrand to AvenuesAI Ltd and the elevation of Vishwas Patel as its new Managing Director and CEO. The changes were approved by the board and await statutory and regulatory clearance before becoming effective.
The rebrand reflects the company’s plan to streamline its identity and align its growing portfolio of digital payments, fintech services, and technology-driven platforms under a unified name. While the corporate entity undergoes this transition, the CCAvenue payment gateway will continue as the company’s flagship offering across India and multiple international markets.
