KNOT, Quick Fashion Delivery Startup, Secures $3 Mn Funding from Kae Capital

Finance Outlook India Team | Wednesday, 16 July 2025

KNOT, a Mumbai-based quick commerce fashion platform, raised $3 million in a pre-Series A round led by Kae Capital, with participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless Ventures LLP, and the founders of SNITCH, The Souled Store, and Bonkers Corner.

Existing investors WEH Ventures, All In Capital, and Kumar Saurabh (Aukera Jewellery) also contributed to the round. The new funding will go toward product development, expanding beyond Mumbai, and strengthening brand partnerships.

    Key Highlights

    • Startup KNOT closes $3 million round led by Kae Capital to scale ultra‑fast, one‑hour fashion delivery.
    • KNOT pivoted from anonymous compliments app to hyperlocal quick‑commerce model, partnering with D2C brands and dark stores.

Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal founded KNOT in 2025, and it is reimagining online fashion delivery with its 60-minute delivery model and Try 'n Buy experience in Mumbai.

The concept emerged after the duo pivoted from their previous venture Slick, recognizing a significant gap in how Gen Z and millennials discover and shop for fashion.

KNOT presently claims to have collaborated with over 70 fashion brands, meeting thousands of orders per month. Its standout features include AI-powered virtual try-ons, doorstep trials with instant returns, and influencer-driven discovery.

In the same space, ZILO received $4.5 million in seed funding last month from Info Edge Ventures and Chiratae Ventures. Slikk, a fashion delivery startup, also raised $10 million in funding. Myntra, which first offered rapid apparel delivery in December 2024, has now expanded the service to more cities.
