Natasha Malpani Unveils Rs 200 Cr Boundless Ventures to Support AI Startups

Finance Outlook India Team | Monday, 18 August 2025

Former Kae Capital partner Natasha Malpani founded Boundless Ventures, an early-stage fund worth Rs 200 crore that supports Indian AI-native startups.

Targeting businesses developing consumer AI applications, infrastructure, agent tooling, vertical use cases like healthcare and logistics, and Made-in-India AI hardware, the fund will make investments in the pre-seed and seed stages.

    Key Highlights

    • Natasha Malpani, ex-Kae Capital partner, raises ₹200 crore via Boundless Ventures to back Indian AI startups.
    • Boundless Ventures launches early-stage fund concentrating on ‘AI-native’ founders aiming for global impact.

Malpani's personal network of friends and family helped raise the fund, which has already been used for six investments.

"The next wave's terms will be established by founders who can successfully combine technical proficiency with cultural sensitivity. Boundless was created to support those founders before the rest of the world realized." Natasha Malpani stated, "I created Boundless as the fund I required as a founder: nimble, quick, and based on trust."

SuperHealth, a healthcare startup, Armatrix, a robotics company, Piersight, a spacetech venture, Knot, a fast fashion delivery startup, and two stealth companies focused on consumer and AI infrastructure are among its portfolio companies.

In addition to funding, Boundless Ventures will help founders with network development, market access, and storytelling. Malpani, who left Kae Capital earlier this year, brings operational and creative experience to her new fund. She has previously scaled Dice Media and founded Boundless Media.
