Nemetschek Group, a global leader in digital transformation solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AEC/O) industries, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) to establish a platinum membership research partnership under the Centre of Excellence “Technologies for Low-Carbon and Lean Construction (TLC2).” This partnership is funded by Nemetschek Group’s AI and Data Innovation Hub.
The signing ceremony was held at IIT Madras and attended by Pete Nicholson, Senior Vice President - High Growth Regions, Raghi Iyengar, Vice President - Manufacton Business & Deepankar Bhattacharya, Sr. General Manager - Education of Nemetschek Group & senior faculty members including Prof. Ashwin Mahalingam, Dean (Alumni & Corporate Relations) & Professor of Civil Engineering, Prof. Koshy Varghese, Professor of Civil Engineering, Prof. Manu Santhanam, Dean (Industrial Consultancy & Sponsored Research).
