In a Series A fundraising round headed by Cactus Partners, Showroom B2B, a supply chain platform in the fashion and clothing industry, raised Rs 150 crore, or about $17 million. A combination of loans and equity are included in the round.

In addition to current investors Jungle Ventures, Accion Venture Lab, and NBD Ventures, new investor Zephyr Peacock also took part in the round.

    Key Highlights

    • Showroom B2B secured Rs 150 crore in Series A funding led by Cactus Partners to accelerate expansion.
    • Funding will support technology upgrades, supply chain strengthening, and nationwide business growth initiatives.

A pre-Series A funding round led by Jungle Ventures and including Accion Venture Lab and others raised $6.5 million for Showroom B2B earlier in October 2023.

The new funding will be utilized to scale production and sourcing capacities throughout India, improve enterprise collaborations, and develop its technology-led supply chain.

Additionally, it will facilitate platform upgrades to handle increasingly intricate sourcing needs from institutional and large-format retail clients.

Showroom B2B is a tech-enabled marketplace for sourcing and manufacturing clothing with its headquarters in Gurugram. Abhishek Dua and Shubham Gupta founded the company, which offers organized retailers, clothing brands, and buying houses in India and abroad an integrated design-to-delivery sourcing approach.

The platform combines its own production facilities with a network of verified partner manufacturers to operate in many categories, including knits, kidswear, denim, and woven clothing.

This is the twelfth investment from the inaugural fund of Cactus Partners. The venture capital business had announced the first fund's final closing in February 2024. The fund has amassed around Rs 630 crore in total assets.
