ThirdAI Bags $3 Mn in Funding from Endiya Partners & Capria Ventures

Finance Outlook India Team | Wednesday, 11 February 2026

Deep tech startup ThirdAI raised $3 million in a seed round headed by Endiya Partners and Capria Ventures.

    Key Highlights

    • ThirdAI secured $3 Mn funding led by Endiya Partners and Capria Ventures to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
    • Investment will support product innovation, market expansion, and scaling advanced artificial intelligence solutions globally.

The business says the new funding would be used to scale product development, grow engineering and go-to-market teams in India and abroad, and expedite deployments with fabrication facilities and semiconductor toolmakers.

ThirdAI, an India-US business founded in 2024 by Vivek Vishwakarma and Sainyam Galhotra, is developing a causal AI-powered platform for troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) in semiconductor manufacturing. The company collaborates with semiconductor fabs and equipment manufacturers to increase production yield and decrease downtime.

The main goal of ThirdAI's platform is to automate root cause analysis, which is a labor-intensive, mostly manual procedure in semiconductor factories that can take several hours per occurrence. In order to expedite diagnosis and resolution, it employs causal AI to find cause-and-effect links among sensor data, equipment logs, photos, and operational records.
