Rahul Jain was named by Suzlon Group on Wednesday as the company's new chief financial officer and key manager, with effect from December 15, 2025.

Rahul Jain, who has worked in corporate finance for more than 20 years, recently resigned from his role as Group CFO at SRF Ltd. after nearly 17 years there, according to a statement from the company.
According to the company, Jain oversaw SRF's financial transformation by utilizing technology, optimizing processes, and bolstering financial discipline.
Suzlon Group Vice Chairman Girish Tanti stated, "Rahul will play a crucial role in strengthening our capabilities and building a future-ready conglomerate with his strategic expertise in financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising."
Through the identification of new opportunities and the unlocking of capital allocation, among other things, Jain's work helped the company grow both organically and inorganically. Rahul spent ten years working for Jubilant Organosys Ltd. before joining SRF.

"I will work with other leaders on driving profitability, building a more sustainable business while further strengthening its financial resilience and creating long-term value for shareholders," Jain stated.
