    Umiya Buildcon Expands Leadership Team with CEO Elevation and Appointment of VP-Strategy

    Umiya Buildcon Limited (BSE: 532376 | NSE: UMIYA-MRO and formerly MRO-TEK Realty Limited), a publicly listed dual-sector company, announced two senior leadership appointments at its Board meeting held on September 1, 2025. Group Captain C.S. Krishnadas (Retd), formerly Chief Operating Officer, has been elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Khushali Mehta, daughter of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Aniruddha Bhanuprasad Mehta, has been appointed Vice President – Strategy.

    Group Captain Krishnadas (Retd.) brings close to three decades of experience across telecommunications, defence procurement, satellite communication, electronics manufacturing, and digital infrastructure. A veteran of the Indian Air Force, he is recognised for integrating military-grade systems engineering with business transformation.

    As Chief Operating Officer at Umiya Buildcon, he played a pivotal role in scaling operations, strengthening the technology backbone, and enhancing programme delivery. He has deep expertise in IP/MPLS networks, tactical communication systems, and program management, with a proven track record of leading P&L-focused business units and building future ready technology platforms.

    Khushali is an experienced management consultant specialising in customer centric strategies and solutions. She spent six years with Accenture in London, where she worked on channel shift, digital adoption, and customer retention, while designing inclusive and accessible experiences. She has led multi-stream agile projects, managed complex stakeholder programmes, and built lasting client relationships.

    Her work has been recognised with awards both internally and at the client side, including the Accenture 360 Award for Outstanding Client Contribution. She is also passionate about people development and has been a consistent advocate of inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Khushali holds a BSc in Economics and Business Management from the University of Warwick.
