The card offers industry-first features designed to make regular payments including groceries, bill payments, travel, utilities, insurance premiums, and lifestyle spends, both online & offline, smarter and more rewarding. The card, which is available on the RuPay network of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), can be easily connected to UPI to facilitate safe and easy payments at millions of Indian retailers.
Key Highlights
- Unity Bank and BharatPe launch lifetime-free RuPay credit card with automatic EMI conversion and Zillion rewards.
- Card offers up to 12-month flexible EMIs, unlimited 2% cashback, airport lounge access, and health perks.
The card eliminates all hidden fees with its zero-fee structure. No annual fees, processing fees, joining fees, or foreclosure penalties apply. Credit access is made clear and stress-free for customers by allowing them to prepay their EMIs at any time without incurring penalties.
With flexible EMI options of up to 12 months, the card makes it easier for customers to handle expensive purchases. What really makes it unique is that it offers limitless flat 2% rewards (Zillion Coins) on every transaction after an EMI conversion, regardless of the merchant category or platform. The BharatPe app allows users to exchange Zillion Coins for merchandise, brand coupons, or even credit card payments.
"Our focus has always been to make access to credit simple, transparent, and inclusive," stated Kohinoor Biswas, Head of Consumer Business at BharatPe. "Customers receive a truly lifetime free card with no hidden fees when they use the Unity Bank BharatPe Credit Card. Additionally, integrating the RuPay Credit Card with UPI gives cardholders access to a wide range of practical payment choices."

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) granted Resilient, a BharatPe subsidiary, final approval to function as an online payment aggregator in April. More than 500 million UPI transactions are processed monthly by BharatPe, which currently has a registered network of more than 2.5 million merchants spread across more than 450 cities. Every month, it handles payments totaling Rs 12,000 crore in transaction processed value.
