The plot, which has been awarded by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) via e-auction, carries a value of about ₹4,150 crore and is envisaged to support a development spanning roughly 2.5 million square feet of saleable area.

The allotment process will now move ahead with HMDA issuing a formal allotment letter, following due process on the e-tendering portal.
The share price of Godrej Properties opened down marginally by about 1 % at ₹2,112.70 on the day, and had declined by over 8 % over the prior month, according to market data.
