Under the new name KnotDating, Hood, a pseudonymous social networking site, has changed its focus to matchmaking.
An AI-powered dating service called KnotDating was introduced to serve professionals looking for committed partnerships. To improve compatibility and build relationships, the software combines human-assisted matchmaking with behavioral data.
KnotDating currently only accepts invites, but it intends to eventually make registration open to the general public.
According to Hood, it has concentrated on fostering genuine dialogues online throughout the last several years. The business saw a bigger chance to assist consumers in creating enduring relationships based on user input and market trends.
Investors such as 3one4 Capital, 9Unicorn Ventures, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Ritesh Agarwal, Ashish Hemrajani, Kunal Shah, and Ashneer Grover contributed approximately $3.2 million to Hood (previously Zorro) prior to the change.
Hood, an anonymous social networking site that allowed users to express themselves, was created by Jasveer Singh and Abhishek Asthana, better known online as Gabbbar Singh.
"We are going deeper—using conversational AI to comprehend genuine human behavior and communication, while matrimonial platforms rely on filters and preferences. We are developing a platform where compatibility increases through dialogue, not just another matrimonial app. We target working professionals who are serious about finding a partner—people who want to take the lead in their own path before bringing their family", stated Jasveer Singh, Co-Founder and CEO of KnotDating"
