Chennai-based digital transformation consulting firm KaarTech has raised $11 million (around ₹100 crore) in a fresh funding round led by growth-stage investment firm Playbook Partners, signaling continued investor confidence in enterprise technology and cloud transformation services.

The round also saw participation from existing investor A91 Partners, which previously invested $30 million in the company in 2023. Following the latest funding, KaarTech’s valuation is estimated at around ₹2,100 crore (about $231 million).
The company plans to deploy the fresh capital to expand its footprint in North America and Europe, strengthen hiring in global markets, and explore strategic acquisitions to enhance its product and service offerings.
Founded in 2006 by Maran Nagarajan, Ratnakumar N, Selvakumaran Manickam, and Guardian George, KaarTech specializes in SAP-led digital transformation, helping enterprises migrate legacy systems to cloud platforms and build AI-ready technology infrastructure.
The firm provides services including cloud migration, data platforms, AI and automation, analytics, and managed enterprise services, working with large global clients across sectors such as aviation, energy, and government.
KaarTech has reported strong financial growth in recent years. The company’s revenue rose 56.8% year-on-year to ₹718 crore in FY25, compared with ₹458 crore in FY24. The firm also turned profitable, posting a net profit of ₹7.74 crore, compared with a loss of ₹66.93 crore in the previous fiscal year.
Most of KaarTech’s revenue currently comes from international markets including the Gulf region, North America, and Europe, reflecting the company’s global client base and enterprise focus.

Commenting on the investment, Vikas Choudhury, Managing Partner at Playbook Partners, highlighted the company’s positioning in the fast-growing enterprise cloud transformation space. “They help large enterprises migrate to the cloud and become AI-ready,” he said, noting that the company operates in a segment with significant growth potential."
The funding reflects broader investor interest in enterprise technology and digital transformation services as companies worldwide accelerate their shift to cloud infrastructure and AI-driven platforms.
With the latest capital infusion, KaarTech aims to scale global operations, expand its enterprise technology stack, and strengthen its position in the fast-growing digital transformation market.
