CADRE ODR, an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, has successfully raised USD 200,000 in an ongoing pre-series A funding round. The funding round saw participation from Aprameya Radhakrishna, Murali Subramanian, Ram Bhamidi, Aneesh Garg, and Rahul Guptan.
CADRE ODR stated in a press release that the proceeds will be utilized to democratize access to justice so as to develop an affordable, efficient, and accessible dispute resolution option for businesses and individuals.
The platform was co-founded by Kanchan Gupta and Rajneesh Jaswal back in 2019. CADRE ODR leverages advanced technology to offer legally binding, rapid, and cost-effective solutions for commercial and other disputes.
Furthermore, if we compare it to conventional methods, the company leverages an AI-driven platform to reduce dispute resolution times to as little as 45-60 days. The company’s platform addresses the critical issue of delayed and costly legal resolutions.
Today, CADRE is known in the market to provide a comprehensive, tech-enabled dispute resolution solution with a streamlined legal workflow. It has also highlighted that the platform has already processed nearly 8,000 cases across banking, securities, employment, and commercial disputes.
Going forward, the company plans to enhance its development of AI-based tools so as to improve transparency, accuracy, and user experience in dispute resolution.
Additionally, as per the Bengaluru-based company, it is expanding its wings in both the South African and Australian markets with an intent to capitalize on the surging demand for digital dispute resolution solutions. Additionally, iIt has also established a strategic partnership with an Australia-based consulting firm - Orington & Partners.
