According to a press release from the firm, the money raised will be used to increase Aivar's footprint in the US, India, and the Middle East while continuing to invest in its AI accelerators, senior personnel, and worldwide delivery capabilities.
Aivar is a technological services company with an AI focus that was founded in 2024 by Kousik Rajendran, Praveen Jayakumar, Ashwin Ram Ravichandran, and Aadharsh Ayappan. With AWS validation and early productized accelerators for voice, data, and AI/ML workloads, it collaborates on AI initiatives with startups, tech-heavy companies, and large corporations.

Aivar claims to have more than 80 clients in less than a year of business, collaborating with startups and large corporations to advance AI projects from testing to manufacturing. The business functions as an end-to-end AI studio, providing managed AI operations, custom AI solution development, and strategy consultancy. It has created proprietary accelerators, such as Kubogent AI for Kubernetes-based infrastructure to host AI workloads, Velogent AI for agentic process automation in regulated workflows, and Convogent AI for multilingual conversational and speech applications.
